Louise Storey has a background in the software industry but has recently transitioned to doing something she really loves; hosting people and helping create beautiful experiences for them. As well as being a part-time coach and running a guest-house, Louise is the mother of two young children… and one of the interesting things about her is that her son Jack is autistic, so she’s got a unique and enlightening perspective on the challenges that so many people face. As you'll hear, her realisations go far beyond autism, and are relevant to all parenting and all relationships.

This episode is an interview I did with Mahima Shrestha during a module of the Clarity Coach Training Programme. The previous day, one of the students had asked, "This stuff is all well and good, but how do these principles work in the case of 'real stuff'". Mahima was able to give a personal account of exactly that, as she had a huge insight when she was caught in the 2015 Nepal earthquake. Mahima is a crisis management consultant who’s passionate about bringing people together, finding solutions to complex problems and facilitating long-term change in culture and communities. And one of the interesting things about Mahima is that she’s got a background in journalism and PR.
